3. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds: May apply in cases of duplicate payment, government restrictions, or cancellation by the property due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

Guest-Initiated Cancellation:

 

Cancellations made 7 days before check-in → Full refund.

 

Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in → 50% refund.

 

Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in → No refund.

 

No-Show Policy: No refund for no-shows.

 

Property-Initiated Cancellation: Guests will receive a full refund if the property cancels the booking.

 

5. Service Delivery Policy

 

Reservation Confirmation: Guests will receive a booking confirmation via email/SMS after successful payment.

 

Accommodation Delivery: Rooms/units will be available for check-in at the stated time.

 

Services Provided: Includes accommodation, housekeeping, and relevant hospitality services as per booking.

 

Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
